1. I am a designer, can you make my designs?

Yes, we can make your designs and all you have to do is to send us clear specs. We will make a sample and send it to you, we will make the necessary changes until we get the result you want. Once you have approved the prototype, we will move on to the production step.
2. Where I can order this amazing pieces from your Collection?
—
Currently, La Maison du Raphia products are only available on order and in quantity : www.lamaisonduraphia.com
3. Does the price include shipping costs?
—
The price includes only the product price. La Maison du Raphia applies Incoterms Exworks, this means that, among other things, we make your order available at our factory in Malaza Tanjombato and the buyer must cover the transport costs
4. What payment methods do you accept ?
—
We accept payments in either USD or EUR, and payment can be made via bank transfer to our company bank account. If you have any questions regarding payment, please feel free to contact us directly at hello@lamaisonduraphia.com
5. When will my order be ready?
—
We will be able to provide you with an approximate lead time and shipping date once the prototype approved.
If you choose air shipping, estimated delivery time will be 5 to 10 days for Europe and the United States. However, if you opt for sea shipping, delivery will take about 50 days for Europe and 80 days for the United States. Please note that shipping is currently from our workshop Antananarivo, Madagascar.
6. Will I have to pay duties / tax on receipt of goods?

Please note that any potential duties and taxes applied by customs in the destination country are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any custom duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be incurred during delivery.
7. How can i track my order?

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email containing all details which allows you to easily and quickly track the progress of your order. We will also assist you and make sure you receive your order in time.
8. Where do you ship to ?

We do ship worldwide.
9. What if the items I receive is damaged or faulty ?
—
La Maison du Raphia products are all handmade, which means there may be some natural variations in each piece. We believe these variations add to the charm and uniqueness of our products. While we have high standards for quality and workmanship, we are confident that you won’t have any issues with the products you receive. However, if for any reason you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us at hello@lamaisonduraphia.com within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can address the issue.
10. How about colour ?

All La Maison du Raphia products hand dyed so the colours may vary slightly, making each item unique.
11. What is your return policy ?

La maison du raphia is committed to deliver high-quality hand made products identical to the prototype that you have approved, we do not accept returns or refund.
